# Inserir novos documentos no sistema

Como inserir um documento, seja ele digital, físico ou eletrônico

Você pode inserir um novo documento ao clicar no botão **Novo Documento**. Na janela que será aberta você optará por um documento digital, físico ou eletrônico, tendo que especificar cada qual de acordo com o seu tipo.

#### Documento digital

O documento digital é um documento digitalizado e precisa ter seu tipo especificado e você pode realizar upload de documentos de até 100MB. Preencha os campos necessários e, caso deseje, selecione a opção [Arquivar ](/abaris/zeev-sead/dia-a-dia/manejar-os-documentos.md#gerenciar-os-documentos-fisicos)para prosseguir com o arquivamento do documento.

#### Documento físico

Já os documentos físicos precisam ter seu tipo selecionado e os demais campos preenchidos.

#### Documento eletrônico

Por fim, os documentos da categoria eletrônicos são formulários em formato “html”. Selecione o tipo de documento e preencha os campos do formulário antes de salvar.
