# Temporalidade Documental

Controle e manutenção dos documentos no arquivo corrente operacional.

💡 **Regra de cálculo das fases da temporalidade:**

* **Fase Corrente:** Data de importação (criação do documento) + Prazo cadastrado na fase corrente = Data de expiração do documento na fase corrente.
* **Fase Intermediária:** Data de importação (criação do documento) + Prazo cadastrado na fase intermediária = Data de expiração do documento na fase intermediária.
* **Fase Final:** Quando expira a fase intermediária, o documento permanece nesta fase final até que o usuário aprovador execute alguma ação.
