# Configurando o Workflow

No Workflow do Ábaris você pode criar fluxos de trabalho representados em um diagrama de acordo com as regras de cada processo da sua organização

O Workflow do Ábaris é uma funcionalidade na qual você pode implementar processos e automatizar um fluxo de informações.&#x20;

Um exemplo: você deseja que um processo de compras seja validado pelo gestor do setor. O solicitante abre um pedido, o gestor aprova e o financeiro faz o pagamento, com todas as pessoas envolvidas recebendo notificações de quando devem atuar.

Outro exemplo: você atua em uma IES e precisa emitir um diploma. Você consegue verificar automaticamente que os documentos necessários para a emissão estão anexados, pedir as assinaturas digitais aos gestores da instituição e realizar a emissão do diploma.

Então o Workflow tem esse caráter de simplificar a realização de processos em um fluxo. No caso do Ábaris, esse fluxo é dado por um desenho em notação BPMN.
