## Auto-atendimento e documentação

Vinculado a cada serviço, é possível escrever documentações, politicas, tutoriais, FAQs, procedimentos de auto-atendimento ou qualquer outro tipo de conteúdo rico.

Esse conteúdo rico pode:

1 - Ser de leitura obrigatório **ANTES** da solicitação de um serviço (exemplo: um tutorial de auto-atendimento)

2 - Ser de leitura **complementar** durante a execução do serviço

3 - Ser **o próprio serviço em si**. Nesse caso, não há um processo vinculado ao serviço, o serviço é composto somente por documentos, textos, imagens e/ou vídeos que ajudem ou informem o usuário.

A documentação é criada dentro do próprio serviço, através de um editor de texto rico.
