# HubSignature

1\. Esse produto é licenciado para clientes que já possuem planos especiais e específicos de licenciamento do Zeev na nuvem / cloud;

2\. O contrato com as plataformas de assinatura (Docusign e D4Sign) é realizado exclusivamente e diretamente pelo cliente com o fornecedor; a Zeev não se responsabilidade por quaisquer condições comerciais com Docusign ou D4Sign;

3\. A Zeev não se responsabiliza por limitações técnicas, limites de conexões, erros e instabilidades do Docusign e D4Sign;

4\. A Zeev não prestará suporte técnico ou treinamento nas plataformas de assinatura externas;

5\. O funcionamento geral do Add-on será coberto pelo plano de suporte do Zeev que o cliente já possuir;

6\. O cancelamento do Add-on pode ser feito a qualquer momento, de maneira independente do licenciamento do Zeev, com aviso prévio de 30 (trinta) dias;

7\. A Zeev disponibilizará em seu produto interface de configuração da conexão entre o produto e a plataforma Docusign e D4Sign. Essa operação é realizada pelo cliente.
