# Instalação de 1 (um) novo ambiente Zeev ou Zeev docs On-premises, remoto

1\. Serviço de instalação de um novo ambiente dos produtos Zeev ou Zeev docs, utilizando a infraestrutura de hardware e software básico disponibilizada pelo cliente;

2\. O CLIENTE deverá disponibilizar todos os servidores e ambientes pré-configurados e instalados conforme manual dos sistemas, além de disponibilizar acesso remoto a equipe da Zeev para os procedimentos de instalação;

3\. A instalação inclui configurações básicas para funcionamento do produto, sem incluir importação ou cadastramento de dados.
