# Add-on de Suporte às Customizações

1\. Serviço adicional e opcional especialmente desenhado para prover atendimento de suporte técnico às customizações integradas aos produtos da Zeev e desenvolvidas pela Zeev;

2\. É altamente recomendável que seja feita a contratação deste serviço, sempre que seu projeto tenha recebido customizações;

3\. Este suporte atende somente a manutenção de funcionamento e não dá direito a modificações, ajustes ou melhorias;

4\. Para contratação do Suporte às Customizações é pré-requisito que o cliente tenha ao menos um dos planos de suporte técnico contratado: Iniciante, Intermediário, Avançado, Estendido ou Especialista (não disponível para o plano Comunidade);

5\. O SLA e horário de atendimento de suporte às customizações será o mesmo que o do plano de suporte técnico contratado;

6\. Os projetos contratados com customizações possuem um período de 90 dias de garantia.
