# Como configurar responsáveis e prazos

É fundamental que um processo tenha responsáveis pelas tarefas definidos e que também tenha um prazo definido para a sua conclusão.

## Visão geral

Existem múltiplas opções de como configurar o responsável por uma [tarefa humana](/zeev/como-construir-processos/como-desenhar-processos/o-que-sao-atividades/como-configurar-atividades-humanas.md). Essa configuração envolve, também, definir os SLAs ou tempos máximos de resposta esperados para a conclusão.
