# Como iniciar uma solicitação

## Visão geral

Diferentes pessoas poderão ter acesso a diferentes aplicativos na ferramenta. A possibilidade de requisição ou não de um determinada solicitação é determinada diretamente pela pessoa administradora que criou a solicitação.

Ao iniciar uma solicitação você terá acesso a todas as informações disponíveis sobre a solicitação selecionada, podendo acrescentar dados e informações e tomar ações que, de uma maneira ou de outra, irão impactar no caminho da solicitação que se segue.

## Aplicativos favoritos

As solicitações são listadas, naturalmente, por ordem alfabética.

Para tornar o acesso mais fácil aos seus aplicativos principais você pode marcá-los como "favorito". As solicitações que você marcar como "favorito" serão listados antes dos demais aplicativos.

## Pesquisar

É possível também pesquisar aplicativos que você pode iniciar.
