# O que é a geração automática de documentos

É possível gerar documentos automaticamente pelo sistema, de acordo com um template e utilizando os valores preenchidos no formulário do aplicativo de processo.

A pessoa poderá gerar documentos nos formatos .PDF ou .DOCX. 

A partir da versão 4.31 essa funcionalidade está disponível exclusivamente por meio do uso da API de createFile. Para mais informações, acesse o Swagger do seu ambiente pelo seguinte endereço: *https\://\<endereço de seu ambiente Zeev>/api/docs/index*

Após acessar a URL, procure pela API **createFile** (na seção Files / Anexos).

Desde a versão 4.31 o uso dos webservices de createPDF ou createDOCX tornou-se obsoleto. Não será possível configurar novas integrações com esses webservices.

A partir de 01/07/2025, a camada de webservices do produto será descontinuada sendo substituída pela API.
