# Como monitorar tarefas de membros da equipe

## Visão geral

Imagine o cenário onde um gestor gostaria de poder visualizar, monitorar e acessar as tarefas pendentes com os membros de seus times.

Atualmente, isso é possível outorgando a permissão de [alterar/personificar pessoas](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/como-alterar-personificar-usuario.md) para os gestores.  

Veja os seguintes passos:

1. Crie um [grupo de permissão](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/como-criar-grupos-de-permissoes.md) especial com o nome "Gestor", e inclua a permissão "Modificar Pessoas";
2. Vincule esse grupo às pessoas com perfil gestor que você entende que devem ter essa permissão;
3. Avalie configurar o sistema para[ limitar a visibilidade de pessoas a regras hierárquicas](/zeev/outras-configuracoes-avancadas/menu-configurar-do-sistema.md#controlar-acesso-a-listas-de-usuarios-a-partir-de-regras-hierarquicas). Com isso, um determinado gestor só poderá personificar e ver os detalhes de outras pessoas que estiverem em funções e times hierarquicamente abaixo dele. 

Com essas configurações, o gestor poderá acessar o recurso de personificação, pesquisar e selecionar um colaborador, e personificá-lo, acessando sua caixa de entrada de tarefas.
