# Ocorrências

## Visão geral

No módulo administrativo **"Ocorrências",** [**superadministradores** ](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/gerenciar-usuarios/o-que-sao-superadministradores-e-o-que-podem-fazer.md)podem realizar a gestão de **problemas relacionados a solicitações diversas.**

Vale lembrar aqui que **ocorrências não são&#x20;*****bugs***. Enquanto *bugs* são comportamentos inesperados em um software, no Zeev, ocorrências são problemas causadas por definições incorretas na **modelagem, configuração de elementos ou integrações**.&#x20;

Um exemplo de ocorrência detectada por este módulo é quando uma **tarefa humana** localizada **após um timer** não possui um responsável válido. Nesse caso, **o timer ficará parado,** sem poder continuar.

Após algumas tentativas sem sucesso, o Zeev detecta e registra a ocorrência e permite que administradores da ferramenta verifiquem os **detalhes da ocorrência, ajustem o aplicativo e solicitem o re-processamento,**  para prosseguir o fluxo da solicitação.&#x20;
