# Como definir seu gestor imediato

Para que você defina seu gestor imediato, acesse suas **Configurações pessoais** e digite o nome do seu gestor.

O gestor imediato pode ser utilizado para definir o responsável pela aprovação de atividades em aplicativos. Se esse campo não for configurado, o sistema tentará procurar o gestor através da hierarquia de [times e funções](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/gerenciar-usuarios/vincular-usuarios-a-times-e-funcoes.md).
