# Como excluir pessoas

Uma pessoa que já tenha realizado algum tipo de ação na ferramenta, como efetuar uma solicitação ou executar uma tarefa, não poderá ser mais excluída do sistema, por questões de histórico e auditoria. 

Caso ela não esteja mais trabalhando na organização, o procedimento correto é desmarcar a opção "Ativa" de seu cadastro. Neste caso, ela não conseguirá mais efetuar sua autenticação, tampouco consumirá licenças do sistema. 

Faz sentido, também, antes de tentar excluir ou desativar uma pessoa, tentar [mover seus dados e responsabilidades para outra pessoa](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/gerenciar-usuarios/como-mover-dados-entre-usuarios.md). Com isso, você garantirá que nenhuma solicitação de aplicativo em andamento apresentará problemas.
