# Como exportar pessoas
A exportação de pessoas permite exportar toda a base de pessoas do sistema para um arquivo no formato .CSV. Esse arquivo pode ser aberto no Excel, por exemplo.
Algumas informações importantes:
1. É importante observar que o arquivo exportado irá conter, também, os [grupos de manutenção](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/gerenciar-usuarios/vincular-usuarios-a-grupos-de-permissoes.md) e [times / funções](/zeev/usuarios-e-permissoes/gerenciar-usuarios/vincular-usuarios-a-times-e-funcoes.md) da pessoa. Por isso, poderá existir mais de uma linha para cada pessoa exportada.
2. A lista de pessoas exportadas irá respeitar os filtros realizados na tela.
3. A lista de pessoas exportadas deve respeitar a configuração "**Controlar acesso a listas de essoas a partir de regras hierárquicas",** definida no módulo de [Configurações Gerais](/zeev/outras-configuracoes-avancadas/menu-configurar-do-sistema.md#controlar-acesso-a-listas-de-usuarios-a-partir-de-regras-hierarquicas).
