# Dificuldades comuns na assinatura digital de arquivos

## Principais problemas/dificuldades relatadas

1. Tenho certificado instalado, mas não consigo utilizar a funcionalidade:
   * **Possíveis causas:**
     * Seu certificado não é compatível com o ICP-Brasil;
     * Seu certificado está expirado;
     * Você instalou apenas o arquivo .pfx e não o .CA em sua máquina.<br>
2. Já possuo o [*Desktop integration*](/zeevdocs/dia-a-dia-no-zeev-docs/como-capturar-documentos/como-instalar-o-desktop-integration.md) instalado, mas ainda solicita a instalação:
   * **Possíveis causas:**
     * Existe uma versão mais atual do aplicativo que contém os requisitos necessários para execução correta da funcionalidade. Assim, é necessário atualizá-lo.
     * O aplicativo pode estar fechado em seu computador. Procure-o pelo nome "System Tray". <br>
3. Não é possível definir o modo como um arquivo assinado será salvo (substituição ou nova versão):
   * **Possíveis causas:**
     * Você possui acesso a apenas uma das opções, não podendo escolher outra. Para habilitar, é necessário editar o grupo de acesso ao qual você pertence.<br>
4. O botão "Assinar" não aparece para mim:
   * **Possíveis causas:**
     * Você não possui acesso à funcionalidade. Solicite ao administrador do seu ambiente.
     * Caso tenha acesso e mesmo assim não aparecer, contate os canais de apoio da Zeev.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://kb.stoque.com.br/zeevdocs/dia-a-dia-no-zeev-docs/como-consultar-documentos/como-assinar-arquivos-digitalmente/dificuldades-comuns-na-assinatura-digital-de-arquivos.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
