# Como monitorar pesquisas globais
## Visão geral
A funcionalidade de pesquisa global apresenta um relatório próprio, disponível pessoas com permissões avançadas, permitindo o acompanhamento das pesquisas/tempos de execuções realizadas no Zeev docs.
A pesquisa global é realizada através do campo de pesquisa no cabeçalho da página, que possibilita realizar a busca por conteúdo de arquivos pesquisáveis, campos do documento e nomes de arquivos em todas as bibliotecas que possuam o recurso habilitado:
Nesse relatório, é possível utilizar os seguintes filtros:
* Palavra-chave: palavras/termos utilizados na busca global;
* Usuário que realizou a busca;
* Intervalo entre datas.
### Como habilitar este relatório?
Este relatório pode ser acessado **somente por administradores globais**.
Em um grupo de acesso de nível global, habilite essa permissão.
